1. Classified ads - YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 AD PER ITEM - ALL OF YOUR ADS WILL BE DELETED AND YOU WILL BE BANNED IF YOU PLACE ADS FOR THE SAME ITEM IN MULTIPLE COUNTY/LAKE/RIVER LOCATIONS. This is known as ad spamming. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED except for the Guide Service category - ads should be worded for each lake/river category posted in. If the exact same wording is used in each ad we will delete your ads and ban you. 2. Do not confuse the above rule to mean only one item per ad - you can post an ad containing as many items for sale as you want - you can't post the exact same ad in multiple county/lake/river locations unless you are a Fishing Guide and then you must customize each ad for the lake/river category you are posting in.

3. YOU WILL NOT Post offensive photos or offensive text in your ad posting or photo posting. Doing such is a violation of our policy and a violation of law. You can and will be traced through your email address and your ISP and may be prosecuted for offensive or obscene text or photos.

4. PLEASE DO NOT Violate any laws governing RacingClassifieds.net;

5. PLEASE DO NOT Be false or misleading;

6. PLEASE DO NOT Infringe any third-party right;

7. PLEASE DO NOT Distribute or promote spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

8. PLEASE DO NOT Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm RacingClassifieds.net or the interests or property of RacingClassifieds.net users.

9. DO NOT Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of the RacingClassifieds.net website;

10. PLEASE DO NOT Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content;

11. PLEASE DO NOT Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;

12. DO NOT Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to RacingClassifieds.net;
